Likewise the use of eye liner and mascara can add extra sex appeal by showcasing the \u201cwindows to the soul.\u201d Fluttering eyes is linked to emotional arousal, thus, the signal should be paired with other signal such as brief eye contact followed by looking down and smiling. The context will define the eye flutter.
